Basketball- we all know that basketball is a type of sport which is consists of 6 people per group. the main goal of the team is to protect, shoot, make a score and defend the ball to the opposite team. These sports can be also a way of exercise as it will strengthen your muscles in legs, thigh, and arm.

Badminton- this sport is the easiest type of sport as it can be played by two persons opposite or by pairs. this type of sport is to make that the shuttlecock will remain in the air by smashing them by the use of badminton racket. this sport can be also used as an exercise as it develops the skills and strengths of a person’s arms.
  3. Volleyball- same as basketball, this sport is consists of 6 people in a group. the main purpose of this game is to make sure that the ball will be received, defend and led into the other team that can give point to the opposite team. this sport can be also used for exercise as it developed the strengths in the arms and thigh of a player.
  4. Chess – this sport is a mind sport, it is consists of only two players which is the main goal to protect the queen of the piece. this game can be an exercise of a mind as it develops and involves the thinking skills of the player.
  5. Martial arts– this is a type of sports which is played by several person. this sports develop the physical skills and techniques as it also help to improve the muscularity the physical strength of a person. also this sports has a benefits for any player as they can use this as a self-defense to other people.
